COVID-19 CUSTOMER UPDATE…

Following the government’s announcement regarding the national effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the Prime Minister has instructed all pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and other similar premises to close. It is with regret that we will therefore be closing our doors until further notice. All future bookings are currently cancelled and any events planned are postponed for the foreseeable future until we are notified that these restrictions have been lifted. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause, however we are duty-bound to follow the government’s orders.

 

All customer deposits made can be redeemed against rescheduled dates. If you have a refund enquiry, please send an email to marketing@malhotragroup.co.uk and we will reply at the earliest opportunity.  During this period please bear in mind that if you email, phone or message the site we may not be able respond in our usual timely manner.

 

We are sure you will appreciate that this is an extremely difficult and upsetting time for our staff and we will be working closely with them over the course of these next few weeks and months to support them. We plan to use this period of closure to reflect, come back stronger than ever and ensure we support each other and our community.

Met four friends for drinks here on Friday night, the bar was busy, popular not rammed. Polite service and a good range of drinks. We all enjoyed a beverage before moving onto the restaurant for dinner.”

We had a family engagement party at Osborne’s with some of us staying at their adjoining hotel. Everything was so well organised,the buffet was amazing and the staff were very hardworking and really helpful. The hotel was fabulous,beautiful rooms and lovely breakfast.”

Popped in here for a pint of Maltsmiths IPA and a snack on Tuesday night. Had the dough balls and mozzarella sticks which were amazing! The pub had a great atmosphere – would definitely return!!”

“One of the more lively bars down Osborne road, ‘Osbornes’ serves a decent variety of drinks at good prices. (Especially during the frequent ‘deal’ times, where pints hover around the £2 mark.) Really good place to watch live sport but the real highlight, for me, is the spacious outdoor seating area which has a good amount of seating, as well as heaters, essential for the 364 cold Newcastle days. For a few cheapish drinks with good live sport, recommended!”

Called in here before and after a works Xmas do Nice busy bar, good range of drinks and an option for cheaper drinks during happy hour.”

“We visit Osborne’s regularly for lunch and it never disappoints. Usually quiet during the day but the place has a nice atmosphere. Food is always of a high standard and service is good too.”

Very accommodating for my stag party. We spent most of the Saturday in here and were treated well by the staff. We even returned on the sunday morning for a curer! Thanks Osbornes!”
